Dr. Shahbaz Ali is a Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan Campus, Pakistan. He earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, where his research focused on analytical number theory and its applications in graph theory. His research interests include fuzzy decision-making, optimization, computational mathematics, graph theory, topological indices, chemical graph theory, and numerical algorithms.

Dr. Ali has published more than 53 research articles in leading international journals, with a cumulative impact factor exceeding 100, over 660 citations, an h-index of 16, and an i10-index of 25. He has authored numerous papers in high-impact journals, including Scientific Reports, IEEE Access, Soft Computing, Entropy, Fractal and Fractional, and AIMS Mathematics. His research has made significant contributions to algebraic graph theory, fuzzy mathematical modeling, topological descriptors of chemical networks, and multi-criteria decision-making.

An active researcher and dedicated educator, Dr. Ali has successfully supervised 22 M.Phil. and 2 Ph.D. students and teaches a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate mathematics courses. He is committed to advancing mathematical research through interdisciplinary collaboration while mentoring the next generation of researchers.
