Overview of the Registrar's Office, RYK Campus

The office of Deputy Registrar supervises and coordinates the activities of the office of the Human Resource Management, Estate Office, Transport Office, Academics and Students’ Section, Security Office, Engineering Office, Medical Centre, Daycare Centre and IT Office. In collaboration with the Office of Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar (HR & Administration), Assistant Registrar (Students’ Section) and Assistant Registrar (Academics) provide services and information to students, faculty, staff, and other constituencies. The Registrar's Office strives to maintain the balance between administrative matters and provision of quality education while exploring, developing and utilizing strengths and opportunities. The main duties of the team include scheduling appointments, handling various electronic and written correspondence with the main campus and community, creating, maintaining, and administering new processes and guidelines related to group tasks, as well as arranging meetings and recording notes and minutes. All administrative functioning relating to IUB RYK Campus is done through this office.
